 Why the name Stressless
Electronics?That name symbolizes our mission and guidelines: Stressless Electronics shall symbolize you, that we are aware of your needs and fulfill them to the best.Reachability and fast responses are fundamental. Stressless Electronics shall symbolize you, that we are private financed. We are not involved in the ups and downs of the stock markets but want to take our decisions only to your benefit. Advance shipments at Quarter- and Year End are of no use neither for You nor for us – so we skip that. Stressless Electronics at third reflects the personal background: We are looking back to several years of hectics. Certain decisions made as employees have had to be taken under respect of the stock market needs, and not always to Your or our interest. Stressless Electronics will adjust to the changing market needs, but You will be center of our decisions, not any investor. Our management owns about 50 manyears of competence in electronics, achieved within R+D, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Purchasing and Sales. This is why we see ourselfes prepared for the challenges you will face us with. Stressless Electronics cooperates regarding logistics with the international forwarder Kamino Stressless Electronics is working according to the ISO9001.standarts Our procedures are EDP-supported with constant backups. Within EDP, part numbers of customer, manufacturer and his part number, as well as production data (datecode, production lot) are combined with customer order and our shipment reference. Incoming inspection and outgoing quality control (identity and quantity, visual) is done by trained personell. To avoid handling errors we only ship originally packed products, Samples are packed at ESD-secured working spaces. Stressless Electronics takes customer information confidential and provides data to others only where absolutely necessary to handle workflow.
